Church Law

We represent Churches, Associations and Pastors in all steps in their building and construction projects; from engaging the architect to the final walk through. We also assist in reviewing contracts, listing trustees with the Court and providing all around advice for the growth and protection of the church. We provide advice on screening employees and volunteers and the importance of adequate insurance to protect the Church when things go wrong.

Many churches are beginning to form 501(c) (3) organizations and need assistance in qualifying for Federal Tax Exemption; we can help.

In addition to representing Churches, Associations and Pastors; as a Minister myself, we are also available to represent the church membership in their legal matters; including auto accidents, tractor trailer accidents, motorcycle accidents and nursing home accidents, traffic and criminal matters, and bankruptcies.
